Parking is available in a private garage and an unreserved outdoor parking space.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine with capsules, refrigerator, and freezer. There's a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer. There's a garage where you can store your sports equipment and park your car, as well as a non-exclusive outdoor parking space.

It's located just minutes from a beautiful walking trail and a bike path. Close to hiking trails, ski slopes, restaurants, shops, and services.

Tourist Tax & Guest Card

Tourist tax is €1 per day for up to 10 days.
Children under 10 years old do not pay.

General Terms and Conditions

Deposit required for booking confirmation: 30% of total amount
Check-in on arrival: from 16:00 to 20:00 (Check-in supplement after 8pm - €30 -)
Check-out on departure: by 09.30 am

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of the reservation:
within 30 days of arrival the full amount of the deposit will be refunded and there will be no cancellation fees between 29 and 14 days of arrival the same amount of the deposit paid can be used for another stay (by the end of the season itself in the same apartment subject availabilty check) between 13 and 0 days of arrival 80% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
