Outside, a balcony equipped with a table and chairs will welcome you for breakfasts in the open air or aperitifs at sunset, with a view that gives serenity.
Upon entering, you will find yourself in a bright living room with an equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends.
The sleeping area offers an intimate and relaxing double bedroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds, easily joinable to adapt to every need. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine, for a comfortable and carefree stay.
But the real plus? The exclusive outdoor area: a lovely private garden with table and chairs, overlooking a large green space, a starting point for relaxing walks in nature.
Parking is free on the street, but a few meters away you will also find a convenient public parking, or you can leave your car in a reserved area reachable with a short walk.

Deposit required for booking confirmation: 30% of total amountCheck-in on arrival: from 16:00 to 20:00 (Check-in supplement after 8pm - €30 -)
Check-out on departure: by 09.00 am
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation:- within 30 days of arrival the full amount of the deposit will be refunded and there will be no cancellation fees
- between 29 and 14 days of arrival the same amount of the deposit paid can be used for another stay (by the end of the season itself in the same apartment subject to availability check)
- between 13 and 0 days of arrival 80% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
