Tourist Tax & Guest Card
Tourist tax is €1 per day for up to 10 days.Children under 14 years old do not pay.

General Terms and Conditions
- Deposit required for booking confirmation: 30% of the total- Balance upon delivery of the keys
- Check-in on arrival: from 4pm to 8pm (Check-in supplement after 8pm - €30 -)
- Check-out on departure: by 09.30
- €80 final cleaning
- Bed and bathroom linen on request (for a fee €18 per person)
- Small and medium-sized, well-behaved animals are accepted, with a surcharge of €60 per stay, per animal (max. 2 animals)
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation:within 30 days of arrival the full amount of the deposit will be refunded and there will be no cancellation fees between 29 and 14 days of arrival the same amount of the deposit paid can be used for another stay (by the end of the season itself in the same apartment subject to availability check) between 13 and 0 days of arrival 80% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
Cancellation Policy – Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics Period
Due to the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, all bookings made for stays between 06/02/2026 and 22/02/2026 and between 06/03/2026 and 15/03/2026 are subject to special terms:

Bookings during this period are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made via bank transfer

A security deposit of €300 is also required and must be paid via bank transfer.

The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected and found in good condition, and will be returned via bank transfer.
